Rancho California Water District's Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) has earned the prestigious Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in each year a ACFR was prepared. This award recognizes governments whose ACRFs achieve the highest standards in government accounting and financial reporting. In order to be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a government must publish an easily readable and efficiently organized ACFR. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles and applicable legal requirements.
