How do I turn my water off?
In front of each meter box is a small round box that contains the customer service valve. When the water is on, the handle for the valve is running parallel with the pipe. To turn the valve off, turn the handle 90 degrees.

Can I plant shrubbery near fire hydrants or other water appurtenances?
All shrubbery must be kept at least 2 feet away from above-ground water appurtenances and fire hydrants must be visible from the street.
