1. When and how are my rates set?

Rates are set each year as a result of an annual budget process that involves many public meetings. Rates are set to recover the cost of operating the District and usually become effective July 1 of each year. You can check the agenda and meetings link to stay abreast of this process, which usually takes place from February to June each year.

2. Where can I find copies of your fiscal policies?

Rancho Water has formal policies related to investments, debt, purchasing, etc. These may be found in the Document Center. Just enter the name of the policy in the search box in the document center to retrieve the results.
